l\u2019am\u00e9lioration de la gouvernance fonci\u00e8re \u00e0 travers la production et la diffusion d\u2019informations fonci\u00e8res en vue de faire du foncier, un facteur de d\u00e9veloppement durable.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t<\/section>\r\n\t\t\t\t<section initiatives internationales notamment le sommet du G8 initi\u00e9 en juin 2013 sur la transparence pour l\u2019am\u00e9lioration de la gouvernance fonci\u00e8re, le processus de cr\u00e9ation de l\u2019ONF-BF a abouti le 03 juillet 2014 par la tenue d\u2019une assembl\u00e9e g\u00e9n\u00e9rale<br \/>constitutive qui a mis en place une association \u00e0 but non lucratif, apolitique et<br \/>non confessionnelle d\u00e9nomm\u00e9e \u00abObservatoire National du Foncier au Burkina Faso\u00bb, en abr\u00e9g\u00e9 ONF-BF, r\u00e9gie par la Loi N\u00b0 10\/92\/ADP du 15 d\u00e9cembre<br \/>1992 portant libert\u00e9 d\u2019association au Burkina Faso.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t<\/section>\r\n\t\t\t\t<section produire, collecter, traiter et capitaliser l\u2019information fonci\u00e8re afin d\u2019aider \u00e0 la prise de d\u00e9cision aux niveaux national et local ;<\/li><li>\u00c0 analyser et \u00e9clairer les probl\u00e9matiques fonci\u00e8res nationales et locales, pour accompagner les r\u00e9formes politiques, institutionnelles et juridiques en cours et pr\u00e9parer, dans une d\u00e9marche prospective, les r\u00e9formes futures ;\u00a0<\/li><li>\u00c0 diffuser et vulgariser l\u2019information sur les principales th\u00e9matiques fonci\u00e8res afin d\u2019en faciliter l\u2019acc\u00e8s aux populations ;\u00a0<\/li><li>\u00c0 coordonner, rassembler, centraliser et g\u00e9rer les diff\u00e9rentes initiatives prises dans le domaine de l\u2019information sur le foncier tant au niveau national que local ;<\/li><li>\u00c0 enrichir la r\u00e9flexion et valoriser les innovations en mati\u00e8re de gouvernance fonci\u00e8re ;\u00a0<\/li><li>\u00c0 apporter un appui \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9valuation participative des politiques, de la l\u00e9gislation et des institutions en mati\u00e8re fonci\u00e8re ;<\/li><li>\u00c0 assurer la veille et l\u2019anticipation en mati\u00e8re fonci\u00e8re en vue d\u2019am\u00e9liorer la prise de d\u00e9cision efficace et de pr\u00e9venir les conflits fonciers ;\u00a0<\/li><li>\u00c0 faciliter la recherche du consensus sur les grandes questions fonci\u00e8res et les moyens d\u2019y r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 travers des espaces appropri\u00e9s de concertation fonci\u00e8re;<\/li><li>\u00c0 identifier et mobiliser les partenaires \u00e0 travers la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019un r\u00e9seau d\u2019acteurs afin de promouvoir des partenariats efficaces dans le domaine foncier ;<\/li><li>\u00c0 contribuer \u00e0 la pr\u00e9vention et \u00e0 la r\u00e9solution pacifique des conflits fonciers au Burkina Faso.
